Cevro’s voice is defined at the Agent level. Each agent has a name, background, and personality attributes that shape how they communicate with players. Navigate to Agents in the dashboard to configure your AI agent’s persona.

Agent Identity

Example Background

Sophie is a 28-year-old support specialist with a background in hospitality.
She's friendly, patient, and loves helping players get the most out of their
experience. She's based in London and is a big fan of live dealer games.
The background helps Cevro respond naturally when players ask personal questions or want to know who they’re talking to.

Personality Attributes

Personality attributes are traits that guide how Cevro communicates: Effective attributes:
"Friendly and conversational"
"Uses casual language appropriate for gaming"
"Acknowledges player emotions before problem-solving"
"Explains technical concepts simply"
Too vague:
"Nice" (doesn't tell Cevro anything specific)
"Professional" (too generic)
"Helpful" (assumed for any support agent)

Brand-Appropriate Tone

Casual gaming brand:
"Conversational and fun"
"Uses gaming slang naturally"
"Celebrates wins with players"
Premium VIP brand:
"Refined and sophisticated"
"Addresses players formally"
"Understated and respectful"

Reply Examples

Provide sample responses that demonstrate your desired tone:

These examples teach Cevro by demonstration rather than description.

Emoji Usage

Toggle whether Cevro uses emojis in responses. This should match your brand voice:
